What is the Christmas tree material?
Our tree needles and foliage are made with a combination of PE & PVC material, which are both common artificial Christmas tree materials.
Will the Christmas tree needles shed?
Some shedding is likely to occur during the initial assembly & disassembly. After assembling or disassembling, check the area for any loose material to vacuum or sweep.
Where are you located?
Our company is 100% remote. Most of our team is located in Eastern USA, with Customer Service available 8am-8pm ET. Our warehouse partners are located in California, Missouri, and North Carolina.
What is the size of the Cat Tower?
The Cat Tower is ~ 4ft tall and 2ft wide.
What is the size of the Christmas Tree?
The Christmas Tree is ~ 6ft 10in tall and 4.5ft wide.
How large is the internal space of the Cat Tower?
Each internal space is ~ 17” diameter and 15” tall.
How long does it take to assemble?
The Cat Tower takes ~ 30 minutes to assemble. The Christmas Tree takes ~ 30 minutes to add to the Cat Tower.
Does it come with lights?
No. We will make compatible lights available on our website or through links to Amazon products.

Our products are made-to-order. The expected arrival date is listed at our Checkout and we provide email updates to let you know the status of your product.
