What is the Christmas tree material?
Premium branches are made of injection molded PE and Standard branches are made of PET film, which are both common artificial Christmas tree materials.
Will the Christmas tree needles shed?
With Standard branches some shedding is likely to occur during the initial assembly & disassembly. After assembling or disassembling, check the area for any loose material to vacuum or sweep.
Where are you located?
Our company is 100% remote. Most of our team is located in Eastern USA, with Customer Service available 8am-8pm ET. Our warehouse partners are located in California, Missouri, and North Carolina.

How large is the internal space of the Cat Tower?
Each internal space is:
7ft Tree ~ 17” diameter and 15” tall.
6ft Tree ~ 15" diameter 10.5" tall.
How long does it take to assemble?
The Cat Tower takes ~ 30 minutes to assemble. The Christmas Tree takes ~ 30 minutes to add to the Cat Tower.
Does it come with lights?
No. Please contact us if you would like suggestions for lights that fit our trees.

Our products are made-to-order. The expected arrival date is listed at our Checkout and we provide email updates to let you know the status of your product.
